Effective March 1, 2025, the clubhouse rental and security deposit amounts will be increased. Rental rate will be $150 with membership dues paid current or $375 for non-members. The security deposit will now be $250 refundable after inspection of rental. Partial rentals will now be offered prior at a rate of $50 from noon or $25 from 6:00 pm. This is to allow extra time for decorating or setting up if needed.
The clubhouse will be closed starting January 1st for Phase 1 of our remodeling schedule. Re-opening date to be determined.
